Group Registration Guide

This page is intended exclusively for youth leaders coordinating group registration for The Forge Retreat.

The Forge Retreat is not currently accepting single registrants; we are only allowing group registrations.

Please read carefully to ensure your group is registered correctly and on time.

Cost & Payment Structure:

Total Cost: The total cost per person (including both students and adult leaders) is $160.
- Deposit: $25 per person (closes August 12, 2025) This deposit is non-refunable.
- Remaining Balance: $135 per person (due on August 26, 2025)
- If the actual headcount for final registration differs from what was covered by the original deposit, we will reach out to the church leader to request an additional payment for missing deposit(s). Example: if 10 spots were reserved with a deposit ($25 per person), but 20 spots are on your final registration, we will request an additional $250 ($25 x 10) be paid to cover the missing deposit fee.
Who Pays What?
Each group or church may choose to charge their students more than $160 to help cover additional expenses such as travel, meals, or other group costs. For example, some churches choose to increase the student fee slightly to allow their adult leaders to attend for free. Your students will pay your church, and your church will pay Y2Believe a flat rate of $160 per person (including leaders).

Important Deadlines:

August 12 – Deadline to reserve spots by submitting your Group Deposit Form ($25 per person).
August 26 – Deadline to pay the remaining balance ($135 per person).
